What does BRBL’s warranty cover?

BRBL’s warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the period of 2 years after purchase.

During the warranty period, BRBL will repair or replace, at no charge, products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance (such as holes that appear when wearing socks).

How long does the coverage last?

BRBL’s warranty lasts for 2 years from the date of purchase. You’ll need a receipt in order to use the warranty, so keep it safe and don’t forget where you’ve put it.

What do you have to do?

It’s simple. Send us an email to info@brbl.net, tell us about your defect, attach a picture of it and attach a copy of your receipt. We’ll get to you as soon as possible and let you know if our warranty covers your problem.

What does BRBL’s warranty not cover?

BRBL’s warranty does not cover any problems or damage that is caused by:

• improper maintenance of your product

• improper use of your product

• exposure of the product to forces which it was not made to endure (e.g. fire, dog chewing)

• theft or loss of a product
